Day 1
El Calafate
Arrival and transfer to your hotel on your own. Welcome drink at the hotel. Lodging in El Calafate.
Day 2
El Calafate - El Chalten
Regular excursion with local English-speaking guide to the famous Perito Moreno Glacier, an UNESCO World Heritage site. Entrance fee is included. At 8 pm a regular transfer will pick you up at your hotel to drive you to your hotel in El Chaltén. (Estimated Time: 4 hs; Approx. Distance: 220 km). Lodging in Chaltén (B)
Day 3
El Chalten
Full day trekking with a local English-speaking trekking guide to the viewpoint of one of the most impressive mountain ranges of America: the Fitz Roy Massif. The most attractive trekking of National Park Los Glaciares it’s a demanding path that will bring you to the viewpoint with spectacular sights of the Fitz Roy massif. Locally called Chaltén, it is a natural granite cathedral surrounded by other emblematic peaks like Poincenot and Saint Exupery. The slope is steeper at the beginning (1,5 hs) and the end (1 hs) of the lineal path that crosses the Sub Antarctic Patagonic forest. Flora (mainly consisting of beeches, bushes and dry grass) and mostly bird-fauna will be big entrepreneurs while the majesty of the needles can’t still be seen within the forest. The trail finishes at the moraine with an extraordinary view of the Laguna y Glaciar de los Tres.

Day 4
El Chalten
Full day trekking with a local English-speaking trekking guide to the Laguna Torre viewpoint. Note: depending on weather conditions the guide may propose changing the order of the two hiking days in Chaltén (Laguna de los Tres and Laguna Torre. (ET: 6hs walking; AD: 15km). Lodging in Chaltén. (B; BxL).
Day 5
El Chalten - El Calafate
At 9.00 am a regular van will pick you up at your hotel to drive back to your hotel in El Calafate. (Estimated Time: 4 hs; Approx. Distance: 220 km). Rest of the day at leisure for optional half day tours. Lodging in El Calafate. (B)
Day 6
El Calafate - Torres del Paine
At approximately 5.30 am you will be picked up for the regular excursion to Torres del Paine National Park. This tour crosses the Patagonian steppe on an Overland Truck 4WD, stopping at strategic places from where we will start the hikes that will allow getting to the viewpoints with beautiful sights of the park. Entrance fee & Picnic lunch in the mountain is included. Drop off at CONAF Administration (Estimated Time: 9 hs; Approx. Distance: 320 km). At 4.00 pm a regular shuttle bus will take you from the Administration meeting point to your hotel. Lodging in Torres del Paine NP. (B, BxL).
Day 7
Torres del Paine
This hike to the base of Torres Del Paine is the most popular of all activities available in the National Park. The well-signed trails have slopes that raise the difficulty level to between medium and high, a challenge for the thousands of visitors who hope the capricious weather in Patagonia will be favorable. If so, an unforgettable spectacle is on display. The colossal granite towers sculptured by the brutal strength of nature are overwhelming. (Estimated Time : 7-9 hs walk; Approx. Distance: 18 km) Afterwards, back to the hotel. Lodging in Torres del Paine NP. (B, BxL).
Day 8
Torres del Paine - El Calafate
Morning at leisure. Optional navigation to Grey Lake or horse back rides are available from the hotel. At 4.00 pm a private transfer will take you from the hotel to Laguna Amarga meeting point in order to return to El Calafate in a regular transfer. Arrival to your hotel in El Calafate at approximately 11 pm. Lodging in El Calafate. (B,BL).
Day 9
El Calafate
Breakfast. End of your Patagonia tour.
