Day 1

Lima

Upon arriving at Lima, there is a reception and transfer to the selected hotel and overnight.
Day 2

Lima - Arequipa

After breakfast, there is a scheduled transfer to the airport to take your flight to Arequipa. Upon arriving at the city of Arequipa, there is a reception and transfer to the selected hotel.
In the afternoon, there is a guided tour of the most visited places in Arequipa: Carmen Alto Lookout, with a wonderful view point of the Chilina Valley; Yanahuara Lookout, composed of a series of sillar stone arches with a view of Arequipa City and Misti Volcano; Saint Lazarus neighborhood; Santa Catalina Monastery; Plaza de Armas or “Arequipa's Main Square”; the Cathedral and the Jesuit Church of La Compañía. After tour ends, return to the hotel.
Day 3

Arequipa - Cusco

After an early breakfast, there is a scheduled transfer from the hotel to the airport to take the flight to Cusco. Upon arriving at Cusco, there is a reception and transfer to the selected hotel.
In the afternoon, there is a guided city tour to visit: the Cathedral, very important for its architecture and collection of canvases from the “Escuela Cusqueña” (Academy of Cusco); the Temple of the Sun or “Koricancha”, a classic example of the fusion of Inca and Western cultures and the archaeological sites of Sacsayhuaman, Q'enqo, and Tambomachay. Return to the hotel.
Day 4

Cusco - Machu Picchu - Cusco

After an early breakfast, starts a full day excursion to visit Machu Picchu the most important archaeological site in Peru. The citadel is located 70 miles northwest of Cusco. The tour starts with an early transfer to the railway station for the morning train ride to Aguas Calientes for about three-and-a-half hours. Then, continues with a 20 minute bus ride up to the archaeological site for a guided tour. Rediscovered by Hiram Bingham in 1911, Machu Picchu is considered an absolute masterpiece of architecture and a unique testimony of the Inca civilization. Lunch is provided. At the scheduled time, return to Cusco and transfer to the hotel.
Day 5

Cusco - Puno

At the scheduled time, it starts the trip to Puno by regular bus. Lunch is provided on the way and there are several stops in different archaeological sites like: Andahuaylillas, the Racchi's Temple, Pukara, etc. Lunch and entrances for archeological sites are included. Upon the arrival at Puno, there is a reception and transfer to the selected hotel for overnight.
Day 6

Puno

After breakfast, there is a tour of the National Reserve of Titicaca for a visit to the Uros “floating islands”. These are a group of more than 40 islands made of piles of “Totora” reeds. Although the Uros people on the island have intermarried with the Aymara and no pure Uros exists, they continue living as their ancestors practicing some of the Uro traditions. The islander’s fish hunt birds and graze cattle on the islets. Return to the hotel. By the afternoon, there is a tour of the archaeological site of Sillustani. The site is located 21 miles northwest of Puno on the shore of Umayo lagoon (12,800 ft.). The Chullpas are precolumbian funeral towers, the largest in the Americas and one of the most impressive of the world. They were built by the Aymara-speaking Colla tribe. Return to the hotel.
Day 7

(Juliaca) Puno - Lima

After breakfast there is a scheduled transfer from the hotel to the airport in Juliaca to take a flight to Lima. Upon arriving at Lima, there is a reception and transfer to the hotel.
At the scheduled time there is a tour of the city of Lima begins with the historic downtown that was recently declared by UNESCO as a "World Heritage Site" because of its numerous architectural buildings. This represents the strong European Middle Age influence. Important buildings to visit are the Government Palace or “Casa de Pizarro”, the Municipal Palace, Lima’s Cathedral, San Francisco church and convent with valuable works of art and stone and wooden structures and balconies of colonial houses. We will appreciate also “Huaca Pucllana”: a magnificent ceremonial and administrative centre from Lima Culture. The tour ends with a visit to the modern suburbs of San Isidro, and Miraflores. San Isidro has modern apartment buildings and beautiful parks such as El Olivar with olive's trees brought from Spain in the 16th century and finally Miraflores with its Central Park and Larcomar Shopping Center that overlooks the Pacific Ocean. Return to the hotel.
Day 8

Lima

After breakfast, a scheduled transfer from the hotel to the airport for the return flight to your Home.
