Itinerary
Day 1
Arrival to San José
Welcome to the country, meet and great at your hotel in San José.
Day 2
San José / Arenal Volcano (Full Board)
Departure early in the morning to the Arenal Volcano, this is one of the most active volcanoes in America. This experience is unforgettable because of the amazing and surprising things like feeling the ground tremble and seeing the nightly sky exploded with ash and lava in a natural firework. Next, you will visit the hot springs of the volcano, where you can relax in the soothing waters and be caressed by the cool night air, while observing the stars and the incredible sky above the volcano. When you arrive, we will receive you with a splendid dinner. This is an absolutely amazing evening you will not want to miss in Costa Rica! On this tour we will also visit the town of Sarchí, well known for the beauty of the handcrafts they produce.
Day 3
Arenal Volcano (Breakfast)
Breakfast and time to explore this beautiful place. Optional activities are available such us : La Fortuna Wa-terfall, the Venado Caves Tour or why not an adventure activity like canopy or rafting!!
Day 4
Arenal Volcano / Osa Peninsula (Full Board)
Breakfast and departure very early from Arenal back to a local airport in San José for your domestic flight to Palmar Sur. After 40 minutes you will arrive to the South Pacific, here you will begin the unforgettable experience at the Osa Península.
Day 5
MonteverdeCorcovado National Park (Full Board)
Corcovado National Park is the largest and most important park in Costa Rica. Because it has a difficult ac-cess to it, it is also the most pristine park in the country. With its more that 40,000 hectares it hostess lagoons, marshes, and many kilometers of the pacific coast. Here your naturalist guide will point out the many sites which concentrate the richest examples of the flora and fauna that can be observed in this park. Here you will have the opportunity to see three species of monkeys, many species of birds and will also visit the waterfalls and San Pedrillo river.
Day 6
Caño Island (Full Board)
Breakfast. This day we will visit Caño Island considered a biological reserve. Located on the island, which was the favorite place of Pre-Columbian inhabitants, and pirates that visited the area. This is where the mysterious spheres have been found, which at the moment have no anthropological answer. It’s pristine waters are very rich in marine life. Late afternoon return to the Lodge for overnight stay and dinner.
Day 7
Osa Peninsula / Manuel Antonio (Breakfast)
Breakfast. Departure by boat back to Sierpe where a microbús will wait for you for your ground transfer to Manuel Antonio
Day 8 - 9
Manuel Antonio (Breakfast)
Breakfast, Days at leisure, discover this beautiful zone. Optional activities are available such us: Hiking tour to the Manuel Antonio National Park, Horseback riding to Don Gilberto Waterfall, Rafting tour or just relax on the beach or at the hotel
Day 10
Manuel Antonio / San José (Breakfast)
Breakfast and transfer back during the morning to San José. After free in San José
Day 11
Departure to your country (Breakfast)
Breakfast and at the according time transfer to the airport for your flight back home!
