Full day tour to the Tierra del Fuego National Park, to 12 km. west of Ushuaia is the entrance to Tierra del Fuego National Park, the unique sea coast in our country. It occupies an area of 63000 hectares where live lengas guindos ñires, shipwrights, notros, flowers such as orchids, violets and senecios. A stroll through this National Park, and offers multiple views of the Beagle Channel surrounded by mountains and forest, brings us closer to nature. The opportunity to breathe the sea air with the perfume of the forest is privileged few. We will continue the tour of the road marking a thin strip in the foothills of the mountain pass between bogs, beaver dams and arrive at Rio Lapataia. To cross the path becomes serpentine and dotted with shrubbery, with panoramic views, such as the Laguna Verde. The Kaikenes and ibis arrive here every summer. If you want to feel the protagonist of a story, we recommend you walk on the path leading to the Black Lake Trail or the Beavers, to interpret the work of these curious animals. Thus began the final leg to Lapataia (end of National Route 3), where the ancient inhabitants of the area have left their testimony: the middens, amazing archaeological sites. Before embarking on the return to Ushuaia we make a stop in front of Lago Roca, whose color varies according to the weather, with the possibility of tasting a chocolate confectionery.
