Day 3

El Calafate

Excursion to the Perito Moreno Glacier with entrance to the Park included.
The glacier, named after the great Argentine explorer of the last century, is one of the few in the world in progress. This has made it one of the biggest natural shows in South America. Every so often, its front of 60 mts. High ice walls as buildings that fall to the waters of the Brazo Rico or the Canal de los Témpanos, then sailing through the Channel to the main body of the lake. But that is not all. The glacier, when advancing, approaches the Magellan Peninsula, on the opposite bank of the lake and point of the sector of footbridges and viewpoints. The cycle takes 4 to 6 years and ends up dividing the lake in two. The Brazo Rico with its reservoir rises above its level in approximately 35 meters. The waters slowly pierce a tunnel in the front of the glacier until the pressure causes it to collapse. The show is indescribable. The waters rush into gigantic waves, and then start the whole process again.
Day 4

El Calafate - Ushuaia

Ushuaia

Half day Excursion to Tierra del Fuego National Park with entrance to the park included. 12 km. To the west of Ushuaia is the entrance to the Tierra del Fuego National Park, the only one with sea coast in our country.
It occupies an area of 63000 hectares where lengas, guindos, ñires, calafates, notros, flowers like orchids, violets and senecios coexist. A walk through this National Park, besides offering multiple panoramic views over the Beagle Channel framed by mountains and forest, brings us closer to nature. The opportunity to breathe the sea air along with the perfume of the forest is a privilege of few. We will follow the route along the road that is tracing a very thin strip in the slope of the mountain; we will pass between turbans, dams of beavers and we will arrive to the Lapataia River.
When crossing it the route becomes meandering and sprinkled with bushy vegetation, with panoramic views, as for example, on the Green Lagoon. The Kaikenes and Bandurrias arrive here every summer. If you want to feel the protagonist of a story, we recommend the walk along the Trail that leads to the Laguna Negra or the Sendero Los Castores, to interpret the work of these curious animals.
Day 6

Ushuaia - Buenos Aires

Day 7

Buenos Aires

Half day excursion around the city.
Discover the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires from 9 de Julio Avenue, the most important Lyrical Theater of Argentina "Teatro Colón" and the Obelisk. We will continue along the Av. de Mayo until the National Congress building which with the Plaza de Mayo, the Cathedral, the Government House and the Cabildo make the civic center of Buenos Aires.
We will continue to the neighborhoods of the south and the traditional San Telmo where the Tango had its beginnings and the colorful neighborhood of La Boca with the typical Museum of the street Caminito.
In the direction of the northern neighborhoods we will visit Puerto Madero, Retiro and the exclusive residential area of Palermo to finish with elegant cafes and restaurants in the Recoleta neighborhood, where is one of the most famous cemeteries in the world.
Day 8

Buenos Aires

Free day for shopping or optional excursion.
Day 9

Buenos Aires

Transfer from Hotel to Airport.
