 DAY 1    Arrival to Caracas  

Arrival to Maiquetia International airport, assistance provided by our bilingual guide for your 30 min transfer to the hotel in Caracas. Overnight at the Hotel.

 DAY 2    Caracas - Canaima National Park  

Breakfast. Transfer with a bilingual chauffer to the airport to take the flight to Canaima, approximately 2.45 hrs. During your flight you will be taken through the Tepuys and will have time to enjoy the spectacular sceneary. Reception at Canaima Airport by the local bilingual guide, transfer in 4X4 jeep to the camp. Welcome cocktail. Enjoy a delicious lunch on the terrace just in front of the Lagoon. In the afternoon your guide will pick you up at the camp to take a canoe ride to the falls at Canaima Lagoon, a short walk thru the forest up to Sapo and Sapito Falls. On your way you will walk under the water curtain that forms from the falling water. Once up the mountain, the view will leave you breathless. In the middle of Canaima National Park, your local guide will give you detailed stories about the ancient rock formations, once considered the gods and goddesses of the Indians. Time to enjoy a bath on the beach in front of the Fall. Return to Hoturvensa Camp. The camping site is the best accommodation of its type anywhere, providing comfortable and excellent lodging facilities, as well as luxury hotel services. Exquisite gastronomic menus and sophisticated beverages are served by well trained staff. The Camp stretches out around the banks of a lake and encompasses some one hundred cabins charmingly decorated, furnished with private bathrooms, hot water and all the amenities suited for the environment and aimed at securing total customer satisfaction.  DAY 3    Canaima-Kavak's Gorges  

Breakfast. Flight Canaima-Kavak. Arrival to the Indian Community of the Pemon Group in Kamarata. In this perfect place, with the tranquility of this unique Indian village, experience the adventure of Kavac Cave. Under the guidance of the natives we will start a twenty minute trek to the impressive Canyon. We begin walking along a wide savannah, with the imposing view of the rock wall formed by the Auyantepuy. As we walk toward the gorge, the vegetation changes abruptly into dense jungle. The hiding places of ocelots, anteaters, macaws, parrots and toucans. You will enjoy the Kavak river and its many swimming holes, formed in the cavities of reddish shining rocks, which invite you to take a plunge. We will swim through a narrow gorge where cascading water falls down with great force, creating a natural pool, where you will enjoy a relaxing bath. The view of the waterfalls turns the adventure into a truly mystical experience. You will be surrounded by rock walls that are formed by the tepuy's deep crevices. This will open the visitors to the sight and sounds of the magnificent Kavak falls: a violent white water fall roaring through the middle of a gigantic circle of shiny stones. Return to the camp. After lunch, a little walk to Santa Marta community to visit, up-close and personal, the Pemon community. Return to camp, dinner and overnight in this secluded and exotic place. (B,L,D)

 DAY 4    Kamarata  

Breakfast. Departure to Kamarata community, where you will board a "curiara", a typical dugout canoe of the Indians of the zone. From this point forward the adventure will begin, dashing thru the rapids of Akanan and Carrao River. On the way the thick forest and the exotic birds will be the main attraction. Arrival to the camp on Orchid Island, where the remainder of the day will be used to explore the surroundings, and to enjoy a nice swim in the pink sanded rivers. You will participate in the process of creating the camp, where you will spend a good nights rest to prepare for the excursion of the following day. Dinner and overnight. (B,L,D)

 DAY 5    Kamarata-Angel Falls  

Breakfast. Departure to Ratoncito Island, a river excursion through Carrao and Churun River. Lunch will be served in the Indian custom, you will enjoy a good kind of meat or chicken cooked in the middle of the forest by the Indians. After a quick stop at the camp, you will begin the trekking that will take you through the forest and will end at the base of the Highest Waterfall in The World: The Angel Falls. This fantastic and mysterious formation will draw your attention throughout the trip. You will be amazed by nature and its glorious way of putting things together. It will seem that some magic hand put rocks in this place, rock piles that seem to be hanging by themselves up in the air, giving you the feeling that they are about to fall. We will have free time to take a relaxing bath in the pool that is formed by the water on its way down. Accommodation will be provided at the camp facing the waterfall, giving you a sight un-compared to anything ever seen. Overnight in hammocks. Dinner and overnight

 DAY 6    Canaima  

Breakfast. Free time to enjoy the splendor of nature. Transfer back to Canaima. Arrival to the community of Canaima and transfer to Hoturvensa Camp. Arrival to the camp and accommodation. Lunch. The afternoon will be to relax on the shores of Canaima Lagoon and to discover the community on your own. Visit the "mirador" to have the best view of Canaima's landscape and Tepuys. Dinner and overnight. (B,L,D)

 DAY 7    Canaima - C.Bolivar-Orinoco Delta  

Breakfast. Transfer to the airport to take the flight to Ciudad Bolivar. Transfer to the Camp at Orinoco Delta Lodge. This super VIP Lodge will have specialized guides waiting for you at the port, and will take you sailing on the Orinoco River, using a speedy and comfortable boat for transfers and strong bongos, a kind of Indian pirogues, for excursions along the camp. Along your trip you will have some stops for photos and animal watching. An Indian community will appear and we will try to make a nice and friendly contact. Sailing through the canals Sacupana, Buari and Merejina we will observe the luxuriance of vegetation in the area. The camp is situated right center of the Delta Orinoco, close to where the Orinoco River meets the water of the South Atlantic Ocean. Its architecture smoothly integrates itself in the surrounding nature just in front of the Indian settlement of San Francisco de Guayo. Upon arrival you will have a welcome drink and lunch. Visit to and Indian community, walk in the forest. Dinner and overnight. (B,L,D)

 DAY 8    Orinoco Delta - Porlamar  

After having breakfast, we'll begin the excursion to the magestic handshake of the Orinoco River with the Atlantic Ocean. We will visit the Waraos Indians communities in the last island who dedicate their time to fishing. Later we walk across the jungle with provided boots apt to the terrain. After the astonishing walk we'll look for a shadowy tree on the border of a small bayou to have lunch, and so continue the attractive discovery. Transfer to the Airport. Flight to Porlamar. Transfer to the Hotel at Playa el Agua in Margarita. Dinner and overnight. (B,L,D)

 DAY 9    Porlamar  

Breakfast. Full Day Ecological Jeep Safari Excursion with lunch in a restaurant near the beach. The first stop will be in the mountain ¨Sierra¨ or ¨Cerro Copey¨ (the highest mountain of the island), where we will enjoy of the spectacular view of Porlamar city. Departure to the Restinga National Park to take a boat ride between channels and ¨manglares¨. Departure to Auyama Beach situated at the end of a cascade where Carey turtles go once a year to lay eggs. Then departure to Carmela or The Mula Beach, across a very arid zone of the north of the Macanao peninsula. Here you will have free time to enjoy a good swim at the beach, tents will be installed at the beach and we will serve a special aperitif based on oysters with lemon, ceviche, fruits and a gaipirinha cocktail, to let you enjoy the Caribbean flavor. We will reach Punta Arenas beach, with very little waves, whose nickname is ¨Macanao swimming pool¨. The beach is on the west side of the peninsula and it is surrounded by a little salt mine. In this place we will enjoy a delicious lunch. Return to the Hotel. Dinner will be the hotel, where you will enjoy both the typical an international cuisine. Overnight. (B,L,D)

 DAY 10    Porlamar  

After breakfast transfer to the pier where you will board the lively Cruise that will take you to Coche´s Island. Be comfortably transferred to Margarita´s unexplored neighbor. Travel across amazingly white sandy beaches, and embrace the tropical atmosphere that will develop on the cruise. Caribbean music, joined with open bar of fruit and rhum cocktails, will harmonize all thru the journey. Once in Coche enjoy the wide and secluded beaches, where all water sports can be offered to you, and if sport just isn't your thing, relax with a good day on the beautiful beaches. Arrive to the Hotel. Enjoy you dinner and a well deserved good nights rest.

 DAY 11    Porlamar  

Fulfill your days with the peaceful rest that the Island can offer and enjoy the long tropical beaches. Take one of our multiple excursions, or get ready for the excitement that Margarita gives to its visitors at night. Overnight.(B,L,D)

 DAY 12    Porlamar - Caracas  

Breakfast. Free time to visit the duty free shops of Porlamar. The biggest free port of the Caribbean, this lively city has a broad variety of stores and fashionable malls to seize the opportunity to bring a local handicraft back home. Transfer to the airport to take the flight to Caracas. Transfer to the Hotel in Caracas. Overnight. (B,L)

 DAY 13    Caracas  

Breakfast. Begin the day with the discovery of the Historical part of the city. Visit all major points of interest, including Bolivar's birthplace and tomb, the Plaza Bolivar, the Cathedral and Capitol Building. Ride the Caracas’s cable car and enjoy the splendorous view of the capital from the Avila Mountain. Have a close look of the Humboldt Hotel, an architectural structure built on the highest point of the Mountain. Enjoy a quick lunch from one of the many lunch carts. Opportunity to admire the view of the Caribbean Sea and Galipan, a little town located between Caracas and La Guaira, and hidden down the hills of the Avila Mountain. The calm and bucolic way of living will strongly contrast with the tumultuous city. From this point the altitude is of some 2.000 mts, only see the bleary line that divides the ocean from the sky. Return to the Hotel. Accommodation and overnight. (B,L)

 DAY 14    Caracas  

Breakfast. Transfer to the airport for your flight back home. (B)
